SHIPPING POLICY
Custom Gloves - Custom Gloves are made to order, there's a 3-5 week turn around. This does not include shipping times. Once your glove is received at our facility, we will prepare it for shipping and you will receive an email or SMS with your Tracking Number.

In-Stock Gloves - In-Stock Gloves Orders take 1-3 Business Days to be processed and shipped out to the contiguous Unites States.

All our gloves ship via Priority Mail USPS, FedEx or UPS.
A Tracking Number will be sent via email or SMS at the time your order is prepared for shipping.

Note: Additional fees apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom Gloves - Izaa Gloves does not accept returns or issue refunds on any customized gloves.
All complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case-by-case basis by our staff.

*There is a 1-yr non-transferable glove defect warranty on all our custom glove orders.

If your glove is determined as a defective, we will either repair it or replace it.

All repaired or replaced custom gloves will take the normal amount of turn-around time.

Note: The warranty does not cover return shipping costs for customers outside the US.​

In-Stock Gloves - we stand behind our gloves. There's a 1-year warranty on our in-stock gloves with some exceptions.

Full refund if your glove is returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging, new and unused.

Any glove returned in used condition will not be accepted for return.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned unused in stock gloves.
Warranty Voids

No refund will be issued if your purchased item is returned in different packaging and/or has been used.

Using non-approved, non-authorized leather softening conditioners or oils, such as Mink Oil, Glovolium or Hot Glove can damage the leather quality and color of your glove. The use of any of these or other oils, will void your warranty.
Returns / Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee if it is determined the items are used or not in new condition.

All refunds will be issued according to the type of payment used to purchase your item.

No refunds will be issued until you have contacted customer service at izassoftballdrills@gmail.com and received an authorization to return your item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error by Izaa Gloves. If there's an error on our part, Izaa Gloves will provide a return shipping label.

Returns will be processed after the product has been returned to Izaa Gloves and inspected for quality.

If your returned item is used, damaged, or not in it's original packaging and we accept your return, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Unauthorized Returns

Any unauthorized return will automatically result in a 25% restocking fee if accepted

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item was damaged during shipping or you are missing parts, please contact customer service at izassoftballdrills@gmail.com with photos of the issue and you will have the damaged parts or missing parts shipped to you at no cost within two (2) business days.

Exchanges
- Izaa Gloves does not offer exchanges on any of our gloves.
