THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • What's your Break-In Process?
    60% - Izaa Gloves come 60% Break-In at no additional charge. 0% - If you prefer to not have it break-in, please let us know in the Custom Section at time of ordering. 100% - If you prefer 100% Break-In, please let us know in the Custom Section at time of ordering. There is an extra charge of $40 (billed after your order is received). If no option is added in the Custom Section, you will receive a glove with 60% break-in.
  • What's your estimated turn-around time for delivery?
    Custom Gloves - Because Custom Gloves are made to order, there's a 3-4 week turn around. This does not shipping times. In-Stock Gloves - We ship all our In-Stock Gloves 1-3 Business Days. All our gloves ship via Priority Mail USPS. A Tracking Number will be provided at the time of shipping.
  • What's your Return Policy & Warranty?
    Custom Gloves - There are no refunds allowed on any custom-made gloves*. All complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case-by-case basis by our staff. *There is a 1-yr non-transferable glove defect warranty on all our custom glove orders. If your glove is determined as a defective, we will either repair it or replace it. All repaired or replaced custom gloves will take the normal amount of turn-around time. Note: The warranty does not cover return shipping costs for customers outside the US. In-Stock Gloves - we stand behind our gloves. There's a 1-year warranty on our in-stock gloves with some exceptions. Warranty Exceptions Using non-approved, non-authorized leather softening conditioners or oils, such as Mink Oil, Glovolium or Hot Glove can damage the leather quality and color of your glove. The use of any of these or other oils, will void your warranty.
  • Can I make any changes to my order?
    Custom Gloves - Please contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, we cannot make any changes to an Order. Production of your glove starts after 24 hours, allowing us to create and ship completed orders in a timely manner. In-Stock Gloves - Once you place your order, if you discover there's been a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will try to correct the mistake (glove size, throwing hand, etc.) to make sure your order is shipped correctly. Unfortunately, once we ship your order we can not make any changes.
  • I live in Houston, TX; can I pick up my glove or stop by to see your selection?
    Of course! If you place your order, please select "Local Pick-Up". We kindly ask you to wait for the notification that your order is ready, before picking up your order. Your Order Confirmation and ID will be needed for all pick-ups. Walk-Ins - We welcome all walk-ins. However, we're not set up as a "Store" yet with normal hours. But you can schedule an "Appointment" to guarantee we're available to assist you when you stop by. Please contact us at 501-408-6377.
